Do not hesitate to hire Cooper Mountain Roofing for your roofing project. I solicited quotes from five roofing companies. I rejected three immediately after meeting in-person the sales person (let's just say "shady," and not in a good roof-shade kind of way). One other company simply refused to commit to even an vague installation date. I picked Cooper Mountain because Casey is a no b.s. straight-shooter: answered every question with expertise, produced a quote with exacting detail, steered me in every right direction (install gutter guards if you don't have them), and committed to a realistic installation time window. As for the installation crew that showed up to do the tear-off and replace? Oh my goodness gracious. A pure pleasure to have them on my property for three days and master roofers to the man -- artists, really -- in what they accomplished.

I had my roof replaced last year by Cooper Mountain and I enjoyed working with them. No pressured sale, full disclosure of itemized price, great prices among other competitive companies. The crew worked hard and fast. What I like the most about the company is the after service. After roof installation, I noticed a few nails on the ground and they quickly sent someone with a magnet sweeper to properly clean up. A year later, a roof vent is missing and Casey came within the day to replace it, with no added cost, just before the great rainy seasons. I don’t know how many roofs I have to replace in a lifetime but I’ll also use and recommend Cooper Mountain.

After three years the company came through again! They came quickly and are taking care of the problems created by squirrels. The original roof was done three plus years ago. They were here always on time and efficiently finished the job and within the budget. We highly recommend Reliance Roof Pros!

I highly recommend Reliance Roof Pros. Casey, Ginsely and the entire team worked together to ensure our roof replacement was completed both in a timely manner and with attention to detail. Their communication was great the team did an excellent job! The team even worked together to fit us in with a short lead time just weeks before our first baby was born and shared our excitement for her arrival. Would definitely choose them again and look forward to the peace of mind for many years to come knowing the roof is in great shape thanks to their work.
