Samantha and Elaine at J&M Pools responded quickly to our call for help. Shawn came out the next day (a Friday) and identified the problem with our vacuum pump and they scheduled him to replace it on the following Monday (today) and this is 4th of July week! I would recommend J&M Pools and Shawn for any maintenance/repair work.

I can't say enough nice things about J&M Pools. From the initial meeting with the sales representative to follow through from our project manager and the final product being a beautifully remodeled pool! We are so happy with the whole process and outcome. Our pool was in rough shape, and we had never owned a pool before. Craig made the planning process seamless and gave us great ideas and feedback for design. Our project manager, Alpha was incredible to work with, he was communicative, relational, and most importantly had great attention to detail that kept our project moving along. He consistently checked in on us and his team to make sure everyone was on the same page, which if you've ever had a major reno done, you know how important this is. We had a great team- Nathan, Brendon and Leo that took great care of us! They were always respectful of our property and neighborhood and worked hard around the clock. The absolute cherry on top was that they completed the pool over a month early!!!! I can't even come up with one complaint. We had shopped around at several pool companies and I couldn't be happier with our decision. If you're on the fence, let this be your sign. This is not AI generated, this is not a paid for ad, we actually loved our experience that much!!
