Hi Tyrone, that’s a good question. Since this is a 55+ seniors community the leaseholder does need to be 55+. The only exception is in the case of a married couple. Then only one needs to be 55+.

Starling Village should have a higher Google Review rating than 3.2. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The manager, Mrs. Bell and her staff have been nothing but kind and helpful to me. Mrs. Bell worked diligently with my sister during the move-in process as I was recovering from surgery. Starling Village has actually become therapeutic and a way of healing for me due to the day and night peaceful stillness. I feel safe here. The area is well-lit at night with a breathtaking scenery in the center of the complex. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept regularly. As for the complaints about bugs, residents need to report to the office right away that they have a problem, and the staff will not hesitate to get the issue resolved. I do not have any bugs at all; plus I do my part to ensure that there are no bugs in my apartment.
I extend my sincere gratitude to Mrs. Bell, Nona, and all other staff members for their professionalism and care. It's a pleasure to be here.
